Glove Info
An important detail regarding dyed leather batting gloves. Due to the nature of the dye used, there may be some initial dye transfer onto your hands during the first few uses. This is a common characteristic of dyed leather and should diminish over time as the gloves are worn in.
To ensure the best experience with your new gloves, please follow these care recommendations:
- Initial Use: Wear the gloves during practice sessions to allow any excess dye to transfer gradually. This will help minimize any noticeable dye on your hands.
- Drying: Allow the gloves to air dry naturally after use. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture or heat.
- Handling: Gently wipe the gloves with a clean, dry cloth to remove any excess dye that may transfer.
Return Policy
Custom Gloves
Because baseball and Softball gloves are custom and your unique design we do not allow Refunds, Returns, Cancellations or Exchanges on any custom orders. It is the customer's responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of ALL custom selections prior to checking out. Once the order is placed it may not be modified or canceled.
If you experience an issue with your custom product, please contact our customer service so we can assist.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Color shades may vary slightly from the custom builder on-screen colors due to monitor screen differences as well as variances in the color application processes during production. Please note that the No Surrender Baseball website will ALWAYS show a “right-handed throwing glove” during the customization process—even if you choose a left-handed throwing glove in the selection process. We will always follow the selections made, not the glove image to produce the physical glove. Color fading is not covered under the manufacturer warranty.
Batting Gloves
Batting gloves can be returned or exchanged only if:
1. They are in new, unused and undamaged condition.
2. They must be in their original packaging.
3. They must be free from stains, odors or any sign of wear.
4. All returns must be submitted within 10 days of purchase and shipping cost is at your own expense.

1. Which item you wish to return.
2. If you plan to return for a refund, store credit or exchange. If you want to exchange please include the color and size you are exchanging for.
